Rosacea or Acne Rosacea consists on the inflammation of the sebaceous follicles creating redness in the skin and frequent blushing. Rosacea can produce reddish gran ’pimples’ in areas with more sebaceous facial secretion. People with Rosacea suffer outbreaks that may get worse over time and are more sensitive to some foods, cosmetics, sun, humidity and temperature changes.

COUPEROSIS

Couperose is caused by a dilation of the capillary vessels that can cause redness on the face or the appearance of visible “pink” visible veins. It can occur from processes such as hormonal changes, weather, alcoholic beverages or Rosacea, among others.

CLINIC TREATMENT

For the acne treatment we combine the following procedures to treat and attack its different causes:

IPL laser

To reduce diffuse redness and extra-dilated blood vessels.

Drugs

Combination of oral antibiotics and topical medicines actually works unremarkably.

Retinoids

To decrease sebum production.

Diet

To decrease the intake of pro-inflammatory food (Omega-6).

HOME TREATMENT

Rosacea treatment is divided into good facial cleansing habits and a treatment routine:

Facial cleansing

we propose to use a cleanser for sensitive and reactive skin in the morning and at night that does not add or dehydrate the skin. Next, a tonic is applied to help regulate the sebaceous secretion of the skin and soothe and restore comfort to the skin after cleaning.

Treatment routine

The treatment routine begins by using a moisturizer in the morning and at night that maintain and protect hydration levels, which can be affected when we perform a treatment for Rosacea. We can complement it with a moisturizing or soothing mask once a week.

In the morning also use a sunscreen filter that protects from the sun and creates an antioxidant protection barrier. Rosacea can be affected by external agents such as sun, bacteria, dust and pollution.

At night we will add a Serum that deeply hydrates the skin, calms the skin, with components such as Routine and nourishes it with components such as vitamin B3. It is applied immediately after facial cleansing and before the moisturizer.
